House Fresh Cleaning is a residential cleaning company based in Marietta, Georgia, and it is still owner-operated. We clean homes, apartments, condos and short-term rentals across Cobb County — recurring service, deep cleans, and the move-in and move-out work that has a deadline attached to it.

Two People Per House. Always.
Every home we clean is cleaned by two people. Not a rotating crew of four that changes week to week. Not one person racing a six-house route. Two, both background-checked, every time.
Accountability stops being anonymous
With two people, both know exactly who did which rooms. Nothing disappears into “the team”.
You recognise who is at the door
That matters more the longer the relationship runs, and most of all for clients who are not home during the visit.
The pace stays honest
A crew stretched across too many homes cuts the detail work first — door tops, baseboards, the shower track. Two people on a realistic schedule do not have to.
It is also why we grow slowly. Taking on more work than two people can do properly would mean becoming the thing we are deliberately not.

Everyone who enters a client home is screened before they work. Both people, every time.
Licensed and insured
We carry coverage and send the certificate on request — or directly to your HOA or building management if they require one on file.

Recurring clients get consistency rather than whoever is available. People who know your home work faster and notice what changed.
We work around what you tell us
Rooms that are off limits stay off limits. Papers on a desk do not get moved.
A written checklist
Without one, “thorough” depends on who shows up and how their day is going. It is also what lets you tell us something was missed.
Quotes over the phone
No in-home sales visit. Tell us the home and you get a real number on the call, with the extras in the quote instead of as a surprise.
What We Will Tell You Honestly
Some things a cleaning company can say that most would rather not:
When you do not need us. If every-other-week is enough and you asked about weekly, we will say so.
When the answer is not cleaning. Carpet with permanent traffic lanes is damaged fibre, not dirt — no amount of cleaning brings it back. Grout past a certain point needs replacing, not scrubbing.
When a window does not work. If a same-day turnover is too tight to do properly, we will tell you rather than take it and rush.
When we are not the right fit. If you are outside our area, we say so instead of quoting and cancelling later.
And if something goes wrong: if something was missed, tell us and we come back and put it right — that is what the satisfaction guarantee means in practice, a return visit rather than a slogan. If something was damaged, we are insured, and we tell you before you find it yourself.
Where We Work
Based in Marietta, serving Cobb County and just past its edges. Each area has its own page, because a large family home in East Cobb, a three-level townhome in Smyrna and a high-rise condo in Vinings are genuinely different jobs.
